Service terms.

1. Who provides the service

AI Global Store Audit is provided by Ai-Global Invest s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 23923504, Světova 523/1, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic. Contact: hello@aiglobalaudit.com.

The introductory offer is for verified US business customers ordering for their business. You must be authorized to place the order for that business and request a review of the store.

2. What your audit includes

One audit covers 1–20 agreed, publicly accessible product pages from one store. Your written quote lists the exact pages, supported checks, access limitations and delivery deadline before payment. It does not promise a review of every product or every possible issue.

The digital report lists findings, affected page links, supporting evidence, priorities and practical recommendations. Information that could not be verified is identified separately. The report reflects what was available when the agreed checks were performed.

Engineering certification, legal advice, penetration or security testing, access to private customer records and implementation of fixes are outside this service. The audit does not guarantee increased sales, search rankings, platform approval or a defect-free store.

3. Quote, price and payment

Submitting the website form requests a quote only. Before payment, we confirm in writing that the store is eligible and provide the audit scope, delivery deadline and these terms.

The introductory total is $14.90 USD for one accepted audit of up to 20 agreed pages. This is a one-time payment with no subscription or automatic renewal. The agreed total remains $14.90 throughout that audit. Your bank may separately charge currency conversion or other fees.

To accept the written quote, pay through the Stripe checkout supplied for that quote. An order is accepted when the agreed quote has been accepted and payment is confirmed. We send the order confirmation by email. An unexpected payment without an agreed scope does not authorize us to change the scope; we will contact you to resolve it or refund it if no agreement is reached.

4. Delivery and cooperation

Your report is delivered digitally to the email confirmed for the order. There is no physical shipment. The written quote sets a specific delivery deadline before payment.

Provide an accurate store URL and contact email. If access is blocked or essential information is missing, we will explain the issue by email and agree on a solution. We will not silently reduce coverage or extend your deadline. If we cannot agree on a workable scope, the cancellation terms below apply.

5. Cancellations and refunds

Request cancellation at hello@aiglobalaudit.com, including your order email and reference.

• Before work starts: you may cancel for a full refund.
• After work starts: we will confirm the work completed and propose any charge and refund in writing. No cancellation charge will be deducted without your agreement.
• If we cannot deliver: if we cannot provide the agreed audit, or miss the deadline and you do not accept a revised deadline, you may cancel for a full refund.
• After delivery: describe any missing agreed work or factual error. We will investigate and propose a correction. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we will offer an appropriate refund.

Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe to the original payment method. We confirm submission by email; the time until funds appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.

6. Using your report

You may use the report within your business and share it with advisers or contractors helping you address the findings. Recommendations need to be assessed in the context of your own store before changes are made. Keep any qualifications and evidence together with the findings when sharing the report.

You retain your rights to your store content. We use that content only as needed to carry out the agreed review and support the findings.

7. Questions and changes

Contact our email support with complaints or questions. Personal information is described in the privacy notice.

The version supplied with your accepted quote applies to that order. Later website changes do not change an existing order without agreement. These terms do not remove rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
