Who is responsible

Ai-Global Invest s.r.o., Company ID (IČO) 23923504, Světova 523/1, Libeň, 180 00 Praha 8, Czech Republic, is the controller of personal information used to run AI Global Store Audit. Contact hello@aiglobalaudit.com for privacy questions or requests.

Information and purposes

• Preliminary audits and offers: business name, public store URLs, business contact email, contact source, verification notes and any recorded permission to receive an offer. We store observations from selected public pages, reviewed offer content and sending references to prepare an individual audit proposal and connect an accepted proposal to its order.
• Quote requests: your public store URL, email address, request reference and submission time, used to assess coverage and respond to your request. In the current website preview, the form saves test requests and sends no quote email.
• Correspondence: your name, contact details, message and relevant attachments, used to answer questions and resolve support requests.
• Orders and payments: when you order, your business name, billing address, email, store URL, agreed scope, report and payment or refund references, used to fulfil the order, keep accounting records and handle disputes.
• Technical information: connection information such as IP address, request time and error information, used to operate and protect the site. The quote form uses a daily IP-derived identifier to limit repeated submissions.

The store URL and email are needed to handle a quote request. Order and billing details are needed to fulfil a paid order. You choose what to include in support messages; avoid sensitive information that is unrelated to your request.

We do not ask for store passwords or private customer lists. Stripe collects payment card details on its own checkout. Our quote form does not collect card numbers or security codes.

Why we may use this information

We use information to take steps you request before a contract and perform a contract with you; to pursue legitimate interests in communicating with business representatives, securing the service and handling claims; and to meet accounting or other legal obligations. A quote request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and sharing

Website hosting and request storage use Netlify and its database infrastructure. Our support mailbox uses Websupport. These services process the information needed for hosting, security, storage and email.

Payments use Stripe. We receive information needed to identify the order and its payment status. Stripe also uses information for its own payment, fraud-prevention and legal purposes, described in Stripe’s privacy policy. Optional Link accounts are managed by Stripe.

Automated quote emails are not enabled in this preview. If enabled using Resend, the recipient email and message content will be processed by that provider for delivery. This notice will be kept current as the service changes.

Relevant records may also be shared with accounting or professional advisers and public authorities where necessary for accounting, legal obligations or claims. We do not sell quote requests or customer contact details.

Processing locations

Our providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. International transfers must have an applicable legal basis, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about the providers and safeguards relevant to your request.

How long information is kept

Retention depends on the purpose: enquiries are needed while responding and following up; order and report records while delivering, supporting or resolving claims; accounting records for the applicable statutory period; and technical records while needed to investigate faults or abuse. Records should be deleted when those purposes end unless a legal obligation or unresolved claim requires retention.

Test requests remain stored until removed; the preview does not automatically delete them after a fixed interval. Emailing support is the route to request their deletion.

Preliminary audit records also require manual retention review. If you stop audit offers, we keep the minimum contact and opt-out record needed to prevent further offers. This does not cancel an existing order.

Cookies and automated decisions

The quote form does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Hosting, access protection and the separate Stripe checkout may use cookies or similar technologies for their functions. Stripe’s own notice covers checkout and Link.

We do not use this website to make solely automated decisions about people that have legal or similarly significant effects.

Your choices and rights

Audit offer emails include a stop-offers link. You can also reply or contact support to stop them. Automated offers through Resend require recorded permission from the recipient; requesting a quote does not automatically provide that permission.

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. If processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
