Send your public store address and any questions about coverage. The introductory offer is one audit for $14.90 USD. We confirm the pages, checks and delivery deadline by email before asking you to pay.

The initial offer is for verified US businesses. A quote request does not create an order. Please wait for your written scope confirmation before using a payment link.

Help with an order

Include the email used for your order, your store address and your order or Stripe receipt reference, if available. Tell us whether you need a report update, a billing correction, a cancellation or help with a finding.

We handle support by email; no call is needed. Delivery timing is the deadline in your accepted quote.

Cancellations, refunds and report concerns

Email us with your reference and a short explanation. The cancellation and refund terms explain what happens before work starts, after it starts, or if we cannot deliver the agreed audit.

If a charge appears unfamiliar, the payment description may show AI GLOBAL AUDIT. Contact us so we can check it with you.

What to send

A public store URL and the relevant order details are enough. Please do not email passwords, full payment card details, identity documents or your customers’ private records.
